FAR Chair Dr. Ken Farr

Dr. Ken Farr enters year number four as Faculty Athletics Representative for Georgia College & State University and his first as chair of the PBC Faculty Athletic Representative committee.

Farr, a professor of economics at Georgia College, also serves as the chair of the economics and finance department. He earned his undergrad degree from the University of Georgia, adding a masters in business administration from Georgia College. He picked up his doctoral degree from the University of Georgia as well.  Farr is married to Karen Farr, with two sons: Taylor and Davis. The Farr family lives in Eatonton, Ga. He is an active golfer, also interested in snow skiing, gardening and traveling.
