Baseball Player of the Week: Jarratt Mobley, UNC Pembroke

Mobley hit .500 in three wins over the weekend for the Braves with a home run and seven RBIs.  The sophomore from Tarboro, N.C.,  started off the three-game series against Indiana (Pa.) with a 2-for-6 performance that included a home run and three RBIs. He collected three hits in the second game, driving in another and was 1-for-4 in the finale with four more RBIs.  He finished with an .833 slugging percentage and .462 on-base percentage.  Mobley was a perfect 3-for-3 in stolen bases and had no errors in 11 chances at shortstop.  He is currently tied for second in the PBC in stolen bases and for sixth in RBIs.
