Ingram started the opening game of CSU’s first conference series of the season, pitching 8.0 innings against Augusta with four hits and one earned run allowed. The senior All-American from Hampton, Ga., allowed one walk and struck out 13, which is tied for the most in a single game in the PBC this season. He retired the first five batters he faced in order and set down 12 in a row in the middle innings, including striking out the side in the fifth. He threw 108 total pitches, 78 of those for strikes. Ingram leads the PBC in strikeouts and is second in strikeouts per game.
