Baseball Pitcher of the Week: Devin Dudal, Columbus State

Dudal made 3 appearances last week, getting two saves and one win. The sophomore righty from Sterling Heights, Mich., picked up two 6-out saves, one against West Georgia and one on the road at Lander. Only gave up one hit in each of those two saves. Then in the final game against Lander he pitched the 9ththrough 11thinnings, giving up no hits while striking out four en route to the extra-inning road win. In his seven total innings that he pitched last week he gave up no runs, only two hits, and struck out 13.   Dudal is currently tied for the league lead with six saves and leads the PBC in earned run average.
