NGCSU's Duffin, CSU's Anthony Name PBC Golfers of the Week
Golfer of the Week: Howard Duffin, North Georgia
Duffin of North Georgia set a school record, shooting a three-under-par 207 (70-69-68) en route to a three-shot victory at the 2011 Will Wilson Intercollegiate. Duffin carded a team high 10 birdies and 37 pars, becoming the first member of the Saints to finish a 54-hole tournament at even par or better, while earning his third top five finish in four events this fall. Duffin continued his strong fall recording scores in the 70's or better in all 10 of his rounds. He is now third in the PBC with a 72.1 stroke average and becomes the first North Georgia men’s golfer to ever be named the PBC Golfer of the Week.

Golfer of the Week: Kimesha Anthony, Columbus State
Anthony earns her second straight PBC Golfer of the Week honor after finishing in a tie for third at the Patsy Rendleman Intercollegiate. Anthony shot an outstanding one-over par 73 in round one and posted a second round score of three-over par 75. Her four-over par 148 was her second lowest tournament score of the season. The St. George's, Antigua, native has not finished outside the top-three in any of her four tournaments this season. Anthony leads the Peach Belt Conference in stroke average (by more than a full stroke) with a 74.6 mark and also has the lowest round of any golfer in the conference this season.
