Lander's Ramm Named Second-Team Men's Soccer All-American

Lander University's Jamie Ramm, a sophomore defender on the men's soccer team, was named a second-team All-American by the National Soccer Coaches Association (NSCAA). He was the only PBC player to be named an All-American.

Ramm was a member of a Lander defense which held its opponents to 0.73 goals per game. The Scarborough, England, native also contributed four goals and three assists, including a couple of big goals late in the season against Clayton State. His last goal of the year was the game-winner in the Southeast Regional victory against CSU. Ramm was recognized for helping the Bearcats record 12 shutouts on the season as the team finished 14-5-2 and ranked No. 11 in the country

Previously this season, Ramm was named to the All-Peach Belt team for the second time and to the NSCAA All-Southeast Region team.

Ramm is the 21st Lander player to be named an NSCAA All-American.
