AUGUSTA, GA – The Peach Belt Conference has announced the 2011 men’s tennis preseason All-Conference team.  Six players from four different schools were named to the squad, which was selected by the league’s head coaches.  Armstrong Atlantic State leads the way with three honorees while Francis Marion, Flagler and Lander have one each.

Armstrong Atlantic State’s Eudaldo Bonet is the highest-ranked singles player in the Peach Belt in the lastest Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) ranking following the fall season.  A junior from Barcelona, Spain, Bonet is ranked #2 in the nation in singles play and #8 in doubles teams with Daniel Regan.  Bonet was named first-team All-Conference in 2010 with a 20-3 singles record and helped lead the team to the NCAA national quarterfinals.
