Bonet delivered for the No. 3-ranked Pirates in a 7-0 blanking of Division I North Florida on Sunday ... Teamed with Matus Mydla to win their doubles match in a tiebreaker, 9-8 (7-2), to earn the doubles point from the Ospreys ... The No. 2-ranked singles player in the nation then dispatched Norbert Nemcsek, 6-4, 6-0, at No. 2 singles ...Armstrong is a perfect 3-0 on the season and Bonet is 3-0 in both singles and doubles so far this year.

Women's Player of the Week

Mona Blauen, Francis Marion
Jr. • Cologne, Germany

Blauen improved to 3-0 on the season with a pair of wins at #2 singles last week. The junior began with a 6-3, 6-2 victory over Erskine’s Tessa Rheault and continued with a 6-2, 6-0 win over Barton’s Lindsey Frederick.  She teamed with Jitka Gavdunova at #1 doubles to beat the Erskine pair of Rheault and Mike Goyette 8-2 and Barton’s Frederick and Mika Deane 8-0.  Blauen is ranked #20 in the nation in singles play and her doubles team is ranked 11th.  She has won six straight singles matches extending back to last season.
