Runner of the Week: Michael Lambert, Flagler
Lambert ran a season-best 27:48 to finish 29th at the 18-team
Hatter Invitational. The junior was only 2 1/2 minutes off the lead
pace in the crowded 143-runner field and helped Flagler to a
ninth-place finish. Lambert’s time in the 8k was the fastest
at that distance on the Saints team this season and among the top
20 8ks run in the PBC this season.
