Women's Player of the Week
Ciara Lyons, Lander

Lyons was unstoppable in a pair of games last week, averaging 27 points, eight rebounds and 6.5 assists per game. She began with a career-high 35 points against Flagler, hitting 12 of 16 shots from the floor and 11 of 12 from the free throw line, with eight assists and seven rebounds. She followed that up with 19 points, nine rebounds and five assists against Georgia Southwestern. 17 of her 19 points in that game were scored in the second half. For the week, the senior hit 65.6 of her field goals (21-32) and 13 of 14 free throws (.857). She is currently second in the PBC in scoring with 15.8 ppg and is also fourth in assists and field goal percentage, ninth in steals and 12th in free throw percentage.

Men's Player of the Week
Corey Wright, Lander
Jr. • G • Harlem, N.Y.
Wright has been the spark to the Bearcats' six-game winning streak, including two more last week as he averaged 20 points and 10.5 assists per game. He opened with 19 points and 12 assists, second-most in a single game in the PBC this year, in a win over Flagler. The junior then followed that with 21 points and nine dishes in a one-point win over Georgia Southwestern. Wright hit 51.8% of his field goals (14-27) and added 2.5 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game. He leads the Peach Belt and is ranked #3 in the nation in assists with 7.9 per game. He is also third in the league in assist to turnover ratio.
