Offensive Player of the Week: Casey Smith, North Georgia

Smith finished the first two games of the 2008 season with three goals and two assists. The sophomore started the season with her first career hat trick against Erskine College, and added an assist for seven total points. Smith then came out against North Alabama and provided the game-winning assist in an overtime goal to down the Lions 2-1. Smith has already tripled her goal count from last season. Currently tied for the league lead in points with eight and the league lead in goals with three.
